Today I was on Maths Whizz. It was called shape and space. I got every questions right. I am happy of myself because I am improving.

Maths Magician

Today I was on maths magician. I was doing 3 time tables. I got 95% and 32 second. I am so proud of myself because I am improving.

Today I was reading a story called Karaoke Kate and Tex by Dale Harcombe and Illustration by Jennifer Cooper. I am happy that I am improving. 

Geometrical Shapes

Today I learnt to identify and name 2D.

Bike Skills

This morning we had J.S from Big foot to teach us some bike skills. Our first skills that we looked at was, what kind of clothes do we wear when we are riding the bike. J.S told us that when you need to go for a ride on the bike, wear some closed shoes. J.S said its good to wear something visible and wear something that stands out.

After that we looked at the bike. We had to check the brakes, wheels, bolts and reflectors. We had to listen very carefully. We had to check everything on the bike so that we ride safely.

Next we were shown how to wear a helmet. We had to keep our helmets with us. I had a great time learning about bike skills.

Today I was reading a story called Wattle Street Cup written by Jen Storer and Illustrated by Tom Kurema. I got every questions right in all activity's. I am happy of myself.

My Maths Whizz

Today I was on Maths Whizz. I was learning how to divide things into cup. I got every single question right. I am happy that I am improving.

Netball Time!

Walking out in a lovely sunny day to our netball session was so enjoyable. At netball Gina taught us some skills. The skills that we learnt were defence and attack. It was so awesome. We all finished of with a beautiful game. The teams were Bulldogs vs Outlaws. When it came to the end the Bulldogs, my team won. They were so happy. I enjoyed the netball session.

Auckland Girls Choir

Today I went to choir. We had to sing and sing. We had a lady coming to our choir. Her name was Rita. She is a conductor. Rita is one of the NZ Pops. She was so amazing. I had a awesome day at choir.  

Watch Me! Watch Me!

Today I was reading a book called Watch me! Watch me! It was a level 12 book. It was about a little boy feeling sick and didn't want to go to school. I did all my activity's. I got every question right. I am proud of myself.

Today I did 4 divided by. I got 100% in 26 seconds. I am very proud of myself.

Today I was on maths magician. I was working on my 4 time tables. I got every question right. I got 100% and 30 seconds. I am proud of myself.

Netball

This morning we had 2 ladies from AMI and 1 lady from Kiwi Sports Auckland. They came to teach us some Netball skills. Gemma, our instructor told us to split into 3 groups. The first thing we did was chest pass. Everyone was excited . They were screaming and yelling. Gemma, told us that we have 15 minutes left so we played a game. We had 2 teams. It was funny because everyone was screaming and shouting to their team to hurry. Gemma, said the team that wins would be the champions. When it came to the end our team won. Our team was screaming and shouting that we won.  

My Holiday Recount

Yahoo! On Saturday my family and I went to watch my brother play rugby. They were versing Marist. We were supporting my brothers team from Auckland University Rugby Club. It was sunny but then after a few minutes it became very windy and cloudy. Within minutes it started raining - simply bucketing down. It was so horrible because it was raining hard out. My brother kept on playing. My mum told me that I have to go to the car and sit there otherwise I will be sick. Everyone had umbrella with them. When it came to the end Marist won. After the game they all shaked hands. My mum game and said the game is over. When we got home we had a rest. It was so nice.

Scoot Skills

This morning we had lady from Auckland Transport who came to teach some scoot skills. Her name was Delia and she taught us some rules. We learnt how to stop at a crossing, to do an emergency stop and who gets right of way when on the footpath. We had to listen carefully to her. We had to pair up and practice. Everyone had to have a turn on a scooter. It was so fun to learn about scoot skills.  

Mothers Day

Today I was reading a story about mothers day. It was a lovely story. The story was telling about mothers. I hope that every mothers in the worlds haves a fabulous mothers day.

Rounding Numbers

Today I learnt to round numbers. I got all my questions right. I am proud of myself.

Maths Whizz

Today I was learning multiplication. There were 10 questions. I got every question right. I am happy that I am improving in my multiplication.

Money Problem Solving

Today I was on Study Ladder. The name of the title was Money Problem Solving. I only had 8 correct and 2 wrong. I was happy of the way I worked. I am improving.

Big Rad

Today I was reading Big Rad by Marianne de Pierres and Illustrations by John Bennett. This book is level 17 book. The book was about Mark and his Big Rad. I did well in the activities. 

Having a Feed at Church

What a lovely day to have a feed. Today at church we had a feed. Every parents had to make something for their children. The food's was so yummy and delicious. I had a fabulous day. I hope we have another feed!

Going Shopping

Yeah lets go shopping! Today I went shopping. I went with my family. We went to Otahuhu, Number 1 Shoes and the Hannah's. We went shopping because on Sunday we have a kids Sunday. It is for kids only. I really had a good time. I hope next time my family and I will go shopping.

Eating Carl's Junior

YUM! Today my brother and I wanted to have Carl's Junior for dinner. So we did. It was so yum and beautiful. My brother told me that he wants to have a race with me but I said no. When we got home, my brother wanted another Carl's Junior. My brother and I hopes we will get some Carl's Junior next week!

Sports Day

Today I had an awesome day. I had an awesome day because there was sports day. I and my aunty and my aunty's friends all went. It was held at Mt Wellington. There were heaps of people and heaps of games. The first game that we played was double t. The other team won. The aim was to get heaps of points and then your team will win a trophy. My team came in second place. My team was so excited and happy that we had a trophy. I hope it will happen next year again!

Seeing Ashley Tonga

Today I saw Ashley Tonga. Ashley Tonga is on X Factor New Zealand. Heaps of the Tongan people saw her. She was at our church. When everyone came outside, they took photos with her. Everyone was happy to see her. That was awesome seeing Ashley Tonga! I hope we will see her again!
